Circa is the newest casino in downtown Las Vegas. It opened on October 28, 2020. There are 512 hotel rooms at Circa. The tower can expand to 777 rooms in the future. Half of the hotel overlooks Stadium Swim, Circa’s premier pool. It is focused on sports. 

Circa uses Garage Mahal for its parking. It is located on Main Street just west of Circa. It has over 1300 slots and around 40 table games.

Mega Bar is the longest bar in Nevada. It spans 165 feet. Overhang Bar is on the second floor.

Circa casino

The main attraction at Circa is the world’s largest sportsbook. It is the flagship of Circa Sports. You can make deposits and withdrawals here for the Circa Sportsbook app. The sportsbook is two stories. 

The Circa Sportsbook is home to two levels of video poker machines. These machines offer video poker from $0.25 up to $5 denominations. The best game is $0.50 and higher 8/5 Bonus Poker. You can also play 8/6 Bonus Poker Deluxe, which is the best game at the other bars. These games are also found on the casino floor. 

If you want to play these during big sporting events, get there early. This space always fills up.

Table games

The table game pit is on the first floor. High limit tables are in the back of the second floor. Circa deals baccarat, blackjack, craps, double zero roulette, Face Up Pai Gow Poker, Three Card Poker, and Ultimate Texas Hold’em. The minimum bet starts at $25 for baccarat and pai gow poker. It is $15 for other table games. Limits often go up at night and on weekends, especially during major events. 

There are many electronic table games available at Circa. There is $0.50 video double zero roulette, $1 6/5 video blackjack, and $3 heads-up craps. There is a stadium gaming device on the first level. It has $1 Big 6, craps, and 00 roulette. The 6/5 blackjack is $3. 

Circa blackjack rules

There are five blackjack games at Circa. Three are on the casino floor. Those are $25 single deck blackjack with a 6/5 payout, 3/2 Free Bet Blackjack, and 3/2 eight-deck. Single deck and Free Bet start at $25. The eight-deck game is $15 during slower hours and $25 when it is busy.

The Circa high limit salon deals two blackjack games. There is $200 double deck and $100 six-deck. All Circa blackjack allows double down before and after splitting. The dealer hits soft 17 at all tables except the high limit six-deck. The dealer stands on soft 17. Circa has the only blackjack game in downtown Las Vegas that stands on soft 17.

Circa craps odds

Circa has 3-4-5 times craps odds. This is lower than the 10 times odds found at Golden Gate and The D. Circa craps starts at $15. It increases to $25 during peak business hours. The field pays double on 12.

Entertainment at Circa

There are no shows at Circa. The entertainment is based around the Circa Sportsbook. You can view games at the largest sportsbook in the world. There is general admission seating that is free and VIP booths and recliners that require a minimum spend. 

Stadium Swim at Circa Casino

Stadium Swim is an extension of the sportsbook. There is a giant video screen above the pool. Mega Bar is the longest bar in Nevada. It is 165 feet from one side to the other. Overhang Bar and Circa Bar are other lounge options. Legacy Club is on the top floor.

Other Downtown entertainment options

Additional activities and a few shows are also available in Downtown Las Vegas. Some of the activities are free, such as concerts and the Viva Vision light shows on Fremont Street.

At the intersection of East Fremont and Las Vegas Boulevard, Neonopolis offers multiple entertainment venues. In addition to comedy shows, the Notoriety Theater also hosts a number of other performances.

  • Axehole Vegas Open daily 10am-midnight
    This indoor axe-throwing spot is open seven days a week and offers sessions by the hour where you can test out all of their weaponry, which includes spears, ninja stars, metal throwing cards, shovels, and of course, the classic axe. To let out a little more steam, they even have a smash room where you get 15 minutes to demolish everything around you.
  • Downtown Comedy Lounge Thursday – Saturday at 7pm
    The Downtown Comedy Lounge is held inside the Notoriety Theater on the third floor of Neonopolis. It showcases the funniest comedians from America’s Got Talent, Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central, and Netflix. Get ready for an outrageous night of laughter and cocktails at the ultimate Downtown Las Vegas spot for comedy!
  • Red Velvet Burlesque Show Thursday – Saturday at 6pm

Dining and drinks at Circa

There are six dining options at Circa. Some are available for delivery into the sportsbooks. 

The fine dining restaurant is Barry’s Downtown Prime. It specializes in steak and seafood. It also has an extensive wine and cocktail menu. Barry’s Downtown Prime opens at 5pm daily. 

Victory Burger overlooks the Circa Sportsbook. Its menu consists of burgers, wings, chicken sandwiches, and appetizers. Victory Burger opens at 10am daily. It closes at 11pm on weekdays and 3am on weekends.

Saginaw’s Delicatessen is the 24-hour dining option at Circa. It is on the second floor. Saginaw’s Deli features giant sandwiches, matzo ball soup, prime rib, salads, chopped liver, shrimp cocktail, and a number of breakfast items. 

8 East is the Asian restaurant at Circa. It is open for lunch, dinner, and most late nights. 8 East offers a variety of Asian dishes and appetizers. 

Project BBQ is a food truck located just outside Circa on Fremont Street. It opens at 11am daily. Try different types of Carolina barbecue like brisket, chicken, pork, and brats. A large selection of sides is on the menu. 

Jack Pots is on the second level near the Garage Mahal entrance. It is open 24 hours. A selection of coffee, salads, sandwiches, and breakfast snacks is available.
