Wynn Casino was originally built by, designed by, and named after Steve Wynn. It opened in 2005. Encore followed in 2008. The two casinos share an address but have separate casino floors. A selection of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues is accessible from both casinos. Wynn offers a variety of table games, slots, video poker, and a sportsbook.

Wynn casino
At Wynn, the casino offers guests a selection of live table games, slot and video poker machines, and a sportsbook. The race and sportsbook at Wynn features a 16,000-square-foot wraparound video screen, lounge seating, and betting stations. Individual monitors are available for horse racing bettors. Sportsbook deposits and cash withdrawals, as well as account creation services, are available at this sportsbook. It is branded as WynnBet.
Nevada requires all new mobile players to create an account at a sportsbook. Unlike all other states with legal mobile sports betting, accounts may not be created on a phone or computer.
Wynn Rewards is the players card used at Encore and Wynn. All slot and video poker players receive points. Loyal players may get mailers with free slot play, meals, and hotel rooms. Encore Boston Harbor is the only other casino that uses the Wynn Rewards card. It is also used online at WynnBet.
Table games
Wynn has 23 different types of table games. It offers nearly every poker pit game available in Las Vegas. So, it won the 2023 Vegas Best Advantage Award for Table Game Selection. Baccarat, blackjack, crapless craps, craps, Let it Ride and roulette are among the table games dealt at Wynn. There are pits full of poker table games. Wynn is one of just two Las Vegas Strip casinos with Casino War.
Wynn is one of only three Las Vegas casinos with a live big wheel. Big Wheel, or Big 6, or whatever you want to call the spinning wheel won the 2023 Vegas DisAdvantage Award for Worst Table Game. Caesars Palace and Golden Nugget also deal this game. All the numbers on the wheel have a double-digit house advantage. The largest payouts hold 24%.
Minimum bets at Wynn are among the highest in Las Vegas. Wynn blackjack tables allow double down before and after splitting. The dealer hits soft 17 on the casino floor and stands on it in the salon. There is a mix of 6/5 and 3/2 tables on the casino floor. High-limit games all pay 3/2.
Wynn has single, double, and triple zero roulette. It is home to the 2023 Best Advantage Roulette game: European Roulette. This single zero table is in the salon. It has European rules, meaning if the ball lands in zero, even money bets get half back. The casino floor has a mix of double and triple zero roulette.
Other Strip properties with European roulette include Aria, Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, Encore, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, Park MGM, Resorts World, and Treasure Island. The only table not on the Strip is located at Red Rock.
Craps and crapless craps are available at Wynn. The odds on both are 3-4-5 times. At crapless craps, the 2, 3, 11, and 12 are double odds.

Poker room
The Wynn Las Vegas Poker Room is steps away from the Encore casino floor. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Daily tournaments are dealt in addition to cash games. This poker room is home to the regular Wynn Classic poker series. The main game is no limit Texas hold’em, though you will find pot limit Omaha and mixed games when it is busy. It won the 2023 Vegas Best Advantage Award for Poker Rooms.
Entertainment at Wynn
Encore Theater is home to multiple live shows and performances. Despite its name, the theater is located closer to the Wynn Casino floor. Upcoming performances are listed below. Show times vary, but typically start between 7:30pm and 10:30pm. Guests must be at least 12 years old. However, minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Awakening is a new family-friendly show at Wynn. It is performed in a custom-designed 360-degree theater. Narrated by the iconic voice of Anthony Hopkins, the show follows a brave heroine and her two companions as they journey through a world of myth and magic on a quest to restore love and beauty to the world. There are shows nightly at 7pm Friday through Tuesday with a second performance at 9:30pm on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The show is dark on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Get tickets for Awakening.
