Paris Las Vegas opened its Strip casino and hotel on August 1, 1999. It is easy to see in the Las Vegas skyline. The Eiffel Tower replica rises far above the casino floor. Guests may visit the top of it.

Paris Las Vegas is home to dozens of table games, about 1700 slot machines, more than a dozen restaurants, and a hotel with nearly 3000 rooms. It is operated by Caesars Entertainment. The same company owns Horseshoe. Paris and Horseshoe are connected and share a parking deck.

Paris casino

The Paris casino floor is almost 100,000 square feet. There are about 50 table games on the casino floor with another 20 or so in the high limit salon. There are around 1700 slots. This includes penny up to $100 denomination slot machines.

Video poker starts at $0.05 near the front of the casino. Games near high limit start at the $1 denomination and offer 98% pay tables like 7/5 Bonus Poker with a progressive royal flush. The best high limit game is 9/5 Jacks or Better, which offers only a slightly better return.

While the World Series of Poker is held in its convention center, there is no poker room at Paris Las Vegas. There is one at Horseshoe, which connects to Paris. There is a Caesars Sportsbook just off the casino floor.

Table games

Live table games include baccarat, blackjack, craps, crapless craps, pai gow poker, pai gow tiles. Paris is the only Las Vegas casino that deals both High Card Flush and I Luv Suits. These are the same game. There is a pit dedicated entirely to poker pit games.

All blackjack on the casino floor at Paris pays 6/5. This includes Free Bet Blackjack. Players must head to the salon to find 3/2 games. The options are double-deck that does not allow double down after splitting and hits soft 17, and a six-deck game that has normal double down rules and surrender. The dealer stands on soft 17 at the six-deck blackjack tables. The minimum bet in high limit is usually $100.

Paris deals double and triple zero roulette. There are no single zero roulette tables there.

Craps offer 3-4-5 times odds. It is 1-2-3-4-5 times at crapless craps. This means the 2 and 12 are only single odds and double odds are permitted on the 3 and 11. This allows any pass line or come bet to win up to six times the amount placed before the come out roll. The field pays double when 12 is rolled.

Entertainment at Paris

Paris stands out in the center of the Strip with its to-scale replica of the Eiffel Tower. A ride up to the top of the tower provides guests with an amazing view of the Las Vegas Strip from the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck. Time it right, or get lucky like we did, and you can watch the Bellagio fountains dance from above. The tower displays a light show every 30 minutes from sunset until midnight.
