Paris Casino and Hotel

Paris Las Vegas opened its Strip casino and hotel on August 1, 1999. It is easy to see in the Las Vegas skyline. The Eiffel Tower replica rises far above the casino floor. Guests may visit the top of the tower. Both Caesars Entertainment properties, Paris and Horseshoe, are connected and share a parking deck.

The casino is home to dozens of table games, about 1700 slot machines, more than a dozen restaurants, and a hotel with nearly 3000 rooms. Other property amenities include spa and salon services, a fitness center, a business center, and a pool. The pool is located underneath the replica Eiffel Tower.

Paris casino floor

The casino floor is almost 100,000 square feet. There are about 50 table games on the casino floor with another 20 or so in the high limit salon. There are around 1700 slots. This includes penny up to $100 denomination slot machines.

Video poker starts at $0.05 near the front of the casino. Games near high limit start at the $1 denomination. High-limit video poker starts at the $5 denomination.

While the World Series of Poker overflows into its convention center, there is no poker room at Paris Las Vegas. However, there is one at Horseshoe, which is connected. There is a Caesars Sportsbook just off the casino floor.

Table game selection

Live table games include baccarat, blackjack, craps, crapless craps, pai gow poker, pai gow tiles, Three Card Poker, and more. There is a pit dedicated entirely to poker pit games.

Most blackjack on the casino floor pays 6/5. This includes Free Bet Blackjack. Players must head to the salon to find most 3/2 games. The minimum bet in high limit is usually $100.

Paris deals double and triple zero roulette. There are no single zero roulette tables there.

Craps offer 3-4-5 times odds. It is 1-2-3-4-5 times at crapless craps. This means the 2 and 12 are only single odds and double odds are permitted on the 3 and 11. This allows any pass line or come bet to win up to six times the amount placed before the Come Out roll.

There is also a large selection of heads-up games, a couple of multiplayer machines, and a stadium.

Entertainment at Paris

Paris stands out in the center of the Strip with its to-scale replica of the Eiffel Tower. A ride up to the top of the tower provides guests with an amazing view of the Las Vegas Strip from the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck. Time it right, or get lucky like we did, and you can watch the Bellagio fountains dance from above. The tower displays a light show every 30 minutes from sunset until midnight.

Vegas Advantage memories

During our first trip to Las Vegas, we got a fun surprise on the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck. It was initially crowded when arriving at the top of the tower. However, after the next elevator descended, the crowds thinned. At this point, we could see the Strip. Then, the Bellagio fountain show started. Seeing the water cannon formations was even cooler from above than street level!

When the casino had a Quartz Stadium installation, John would enjoy playing Ultimate Texas Hold’em, while Kristina had fun with Three Card Poker. Other recreational visits to the property include dining with friends at Gordon Ramsay Steak and watching a couple of shows. It was also visit number 47 out of 93 for our 21st anniversary celebration in 2023.
