Palace Station Hotel and Casino

Palace Station is on Sahara west of the Las Vegas Strip. Part of the Station Casinos family, guests earn rewards by playing with a Boarding Pass players card. While some rewards are property-specific, other comps can be used at various locations. Station Casinos helped sponsor our 21st-anniversary casino record. Palace Station was visit number 29 of 93.

The casino offers players a selection of table games, slots, and video poker. There is also live keno, a bingo room, and a race and sportsbook. Other property amenities include a pool, movie theater, multiple restaurants, and a hotel.

Palace Station Casino

The video poker at Station Casino properties won the 2023 Vegas Best Advantage Award for locals video poker. While the video poker at Palace Station is not as great as it once was, it is still among the best in the Las Vegas locals market. There is only one bank of 100% games and one bank of “Up to 99.8%” machines.

Other Station Casino properties that won this award include Boulder Station, Green Valley Ranch, Red Rock, Santa Fe Station, and Sunset Station.

Players will also find an STN Sports race and sportsbook, a 12-seat keno lounge, and a 356-seat bingo room. Daily bingo sessions start every odd hour from 9am until 11pm. There is no longer a poker room at Palace Station. It closed in March 2020.

Palace Station deals 6/5 and 3/2 blackjack, Free Bet Blackjack, and seven unique table games. During our latest survey in March 2024, we found minimums from $5 to $100. Doubling down before and after splitting is permitted at all blackjack tables. Non-blackjack games include baccarat, craps, pai gow poker, roulette, and Ultimate Texas Hold’em.

Entertainment at Palace Station

Palace Station has a few non-gambling entertainment options. There is a nine-screen Regal Cinebarre movie theater and a seasonal pool. The pool is open daily from 10am until 7pm.

Hotel guests have access to the fitness center and business center. Both are open 24 hours a day.

Palace Station has a variety of dining choices. Options range from quick bites to full-service restaurants. Drinks are available at bars on the casino floor, at the movie theater, and at the sportsbook.

Multiple room trims are available at Palace Station. 340-square-foot Premier Rooms feature either two queen beds or a single king, a sitting area, and a small dining table. Suites feature a king bed, additional space, and amenities, including a wet bar.

Studio suites are 400 square feet while the Executive and Parlor suites are 675 square feet. Grand suites are over 1,000 square feet. The Executive and Grand suites also have a jacuzzi tub.
