OYO Las Vegas Hotel and Casino

OYO is just east of the Las Vegas Strip at 115 East Tropicana Avenue. Casinos on the south end of the Strip, like Excalibur and MGM Grand, are within walkable distance for most people, assuming good weather. It was casino visit number 56 out of 93 for our 21st-anniversary world record. OYO was once known as Hooters. Other previous names include Howard Johnson, Paradise, 20th Century, Treasury, Pacifica, and Polynesian.

The casino has a selection of slots, video poker, a sportsbook, and table games – including $1 blackjack games. The poker room closed in March 2015 when the property was known as Hooters. Additionally, there are multiple restaurants, a pool, and a hotel. $3 beer and shot specials are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
