3400 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV | Mirage by Hard Rock
Update: On July 17, 2024, Mirage permanently closed for a three-year remodeling project. It is expected to reopen in 2027 as Hard Rock. The information below is for historical purposes. This page will become the Hard Rock one when it reopens.
The Mirage is owned and operated by Hard Rock International, a subsidiary of the Seminole Tribe of Florida. The group acquired Mirage from MGM Resorts in December 2022. The property will be rebranded to Hard Rock in the coming years. One major project related to this is a new hotel tower where the volcano sits today. It will be shaped like a guitar.
Hard Rock is making some changes to the casino floor. The company plans to expand it. Some tables are moving around. Stadium gaming is no longer available, though there are some electronic table games. There are about 70 live table games and over 1000 slots on the casino floor.
The Mirage poker room closed in March 2020. The closest open poker rooms to Mirage are at Caesars Palace and Venetian. While MGM Resorts no longer owns Mirage, it continues to operate the sportsbook there. The BetMGM brand is still used.
There is also a tram that connects to Treasure Island. It starts operating daily at noon.
