Vegas Advantage is excited to announce that we will host a video poker and casino comps presentation at ZorkFest 2025. The event will be held at M Resort in Henderson, Nevada, from December 5-7. The Vegas Advantage Casino Comp Maximization and Video Poker Master Class is on December 7 and is a special add-on package.

ZorkFest is in its eighth year. Guests return annually to meet up with old friends and make new ones.

The annual event combines travel loyalty programs with casino ones. Both are ways to receive free and discounted Las Vegas trips. Blackjack and craps labs return in 2025. A new Miles & Points lab debuts this year. You can get tickets here. Use our code ADV2025 for a discount. The code is all caps. After you add a ZorkFest ticket to the cart, be sure to use the ADV2025 in the promo, credit or voucher code box, which will unlock a discount offer for Master Classes, sent separately via email after you confirm your ZorkFest ticket. Using the code also ensures that Vegas Advantage gets credit for your ticket purchase.

Using players club cards to maximize your casino experience

Casino players clubs are the key to comps. These include free slot play, hotel rooms, food, and shows. Learn more about how to compare different players cards, earn comps with video poker and electronic table games, and use promotions to increase your advantage and lower your house edge. This masterclass includes a hands-on video poker demonstration.

While it may be true that the odds are in a casino’s favor, there are ways to reduce the house edge. Players clubs and promotions can help decrease the house edge. And the right mix of the games and promotions can even move the odds into your favor! This December, we will be at ZorkFest 2025 sharing this information in a masterclass on Sunday, December 7, at M Resort.

What kind of casino experience are you looking for?

Are you hoping to live it up at a 5-star resort, or would you rather be the big fish in a small pond? Want to go “all in” on a Las Vegas trip, visit another casino destination, or play at your local casino? Reflecting on the answers to these questions is the first step to learning which players cards and comps are best for you. Throughout our course, we will discuss ways to capture these experiences.

Not all players club points are equal

Players club cards can be confusing and hard to compare. Not only do casinos give you a different number of points for your play, but the number of points needed to use comps may vary. This may even be true at different casino properties within the same company. Learn more about how to compare unequal systems to get the best rewards for your play.

Using video poker and electronic table game to your advantage

While playing slots may get you more points, the return to player (RTP) is unknown. Video poker paytables, however, help players know the RTP. We will cover the best games for novice and experienced video poker players. Additionally, John will be demonstrating some hands of video poker on the M Resort casino floor.

Electronic table games (ETGs) are a growing option on casino floors. While these machines may not be eligible for certain promotions, we will also cover how to use ETGs to your advantage. Kristina will discuss the ways to find the best rules on ETGs and how to avoid hidden (and not-so-hidden) disadvantages.

Sign up now to learn more about how to compare different players cards and comp values, earn comps with video poker and electronic table games, and use promotions to increase your advantage and lower your house edge.
