Today is March 2. It is known as National Blackjack Day to recognize the proper 3/2 payout of the game. Unfortunately, some casinos celebrate blackjack on June 5 with their 6/5 payouts.
There are 71 Las Vegas casinos that deal blackjack. Of those, 64 have at least one traditional game that pays 3/2. The exceptions are Alamo, Binion’s, Circus Circus, Four Queens, Linq, O’Sheas, and Rio. You may be able to get a 3/2 game at Rio upon request for $100. However, we have not seen the high limit room open since the pandemic closure.
We gathered this information in October 2022 and have returned to more than half of the casinos listed since. The numbers below are our estimates based on the information we compiled.
We think that you will find a blackjack table with the minimum bet listed 80% or more of the time. Many are 100%. Weekend nights and special events often create higher limits at major casinos.
