Many Las Vegas casinos offer locals discounts. The typical rule is that a Nevada ID is needed. The guest must usually be at least 21 years old.

Locals discounts are usually offered at Las Vegas Strip casinos. Offers include hotel, dining, and entertainment discounts.

Caesars locals discounts

Most Las Vegas casinos owned by Caesars Entertainment offer locals discounts. Locals receive 20% off at spas, salons, wedding packages, the Linq Zipline, Paris Eiffel Tower, and the High Roller Observation Wheel

There is a 15% discount for cabanas and daybeds at pools Monday through Thursday and the show “Tape Face.” There is a 10% discount on hotel rooms and show tickets for Piff the Magic Dragon, X Burlesque, and X Country.

There are two locals dining offers. These are only available on Tuesdays. Locals receive 50% off wine at Old Homestead Steakhouse and a free local beer tap at Gordon Ramsay Burger. The purchase of an entree is required for each. 

MGM Resorts locals discounts

Hershey's Chocolate World at New York-New York

The spa at Excalibur offers locals a 20% discount. At New York-New York, locals get 25% off the spa, $2 off the Big Apple roller coaster, and 10% off at Hershey World, America, Broadway Burger Bar, and Gonzalez y Gonzalez. Eataly at Park MGM gives locals a 10% discount. At Luxor, locals receive $7 off the Titanic and Bodies exhibits. 

At Mandalay Bay, locals receive a free appetizer or dessert with the purchase of an entree at Fleur, Libertine Social, Rivea, Lupo, and Beach Bar and Grill. Ri Ra Irish Pub gives locals 40% off on Fridays. There is a 15% discount at Border Grill daily. Spa services are 25% off for locals at Mandalay Bay. Several shops offer locals discounts. 

Offers at The Strat

There are several entertainment offers for locals at The Strat. LA Comedy Club offers $25 tickets to locals. There is a 50% discount for entry to the Skypod tower and for the thrill rides X-Scream, Insanity, and Big Shot. Locals receive $30 off SkyJump, the zipline that goes straight down from the top of the tower.

Venetian locals discounts

Venetian has several offers for locals each month. In April 2023, guests with a Nevada ID can receive 20% off Six the Musical when buying tickets with the code SIXLV. Tao Beach Dayclub gives locals free entry and buy one get one free cocktails every Thursday. Miznon and Canonita offer a 10% discount to locals. It is 15% off at Wakuda, Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano, and Brera Osterio. 

The Dorsey Cocktail Bar, Rosina Cocktail Lounge, and Electra Cocktail Club give locals a 25% discount every day. Estiatorio Milos and Mott 32 offer a free glass of sparkling wine to locals. Smith & Wollensky has a complimentary glass of wine with the purchase of an entree. 

The locals discount is 25% at Chica, Yardbird, and Flight Club Social Darts. It is 20% at Buddy V’s Ristorante and Mercato della Pescheria. 

Mob Museum and Neon Boneyard

The Mob Museum in downtown Las Vegas offers three locals discounts. General admission and Premier Pass save $13 per Nevada ID. There is a $15 locals discount on the Deluxe pass. 

The Neon Boneyard is where the old Las Vegas casino signs reside. Locals save $4 off the $20 admission. 

Free show tickets for locals

Locals can also pay an annual fee and join programs that offer free show tickets. The genre is usually comedy or magic, though there are some other titles available. The sites with these offers are Fill A Seat, House Seats, and Plug in Vegas. A local ID is required to participate.
