Most Las Vegas Strip casinos have a high-limit salon. Blackjack is always dealt in these rooms. The rules are generally better at these tables than on the casino floor. All high-limit blackjack games pay 3/2. If re-split aces is available, it is always permitted up to four hands.

High-limit blackjack games
With the exceptions of Circus Circus, Excalibur, and Linq, all Las Vegas Strip casinos with table games have a high-limit salon. However, I don’t think the one at Tropicana has reopened since March 2020.
This is a list of every Las Vegas Strip high-limit blackjack game. It is sorted by casino.
Aria
There are two blackjack games in the high-limit salon at Aria. For $100 or $200, there is six-deck blackjack that stands on all 17s. Surrender and re-split aces up to four hands are available. There is also a $300 double-deck game. Both stand on soft 17 and allow double down before and after splitting. Limits can go up to $300 for the six-deck and $500 for the double-deck during peak hours.
Bellagio
Bellagio has the same two high-limit blackjack games as Aria. The limits are usually $300 for the six-deck game and $500 for the double-deck one.
Caesars Palace
There are two high-limit blackjack games at Caesars Palace. These differ from the ones found at most other Caesars Entertainment casinos. Starting at $200, players can choose between double-deck and six-deck blackjack. Both allow double down before and after splitting. The six-deck game adds surrender and re-split aces up to four hands.
The double-deck game hits soft 17. The six-deck game stands on it. These games may be $100 during the slowest hours.
Cosmopolitan
There is only one salon blackjack game at Cosmopolitan. It deals six-deck blackjack that stands on soft 17. Double down before and after splitting, as well as surrender and re-split aces, are available. This game starts at $100 or $200.
Cromwell
Cromwell deals two high-limit blackjack games. There is a double-deck that hits soft 17 and allows double down before but not after splitting. A six-deck game stands on soft 17 and allows double down before and after splitting. It also has surrender. Cromwell’s high-limit room is only open during peak hours. The minimum bet is $100.
Encore
Encore has two high-limit blackjack games. One is double-deck. The other deals six decks. Both allow doubling down before and after splitting. The six-deck game adds surrender and re-split aces. The double-deck game hits soft 17. The six-deck game stands on it. Both start at $100 but often go up during busier hours.
Flamingo
Flamingo is one of two Las Vegas casinos that deals three high-limit blackjack games in its salon. It is home to one of two 3/2 Free Bet Blackjack tables on the Las Vegas Strip. There is also double-deck blackjack that allows double down before but not after splitting. These games start at $50 and hit soft 17. The six-deck game stands on soft 17 and allows double down before and after splitting, as well as surrender. It also has a $50 minimum bet.
The Flamingo salon is not open 24 hours a day. However, it is available at night and on busier dayshifts.
Harrah’s
Harrah’s is the other Las Vegas Strip high-limit room that deals three blackjack games. All are the same as Flamingo. The minimum bet is $50. It is also open most busy hours but not 24/7.
Horseshoe
There are six-deck blackjack games in high limit at Horseshoe, formerly Bally’s. This game allows surrender and hits soft 17. The minimum bet is $50. The Horseshoe high limit is only open during peak hours.
Luxor
The high-limit room at Luxor is only open during peak hours. There are two games offered. One is the double-deck with double down before and after splitting. It seems like this game is only available upon request.
The six-deck game adds surrender and re-split aces. Both games hit soft 17. The minimum bet is usually $100, though I’ve seen it as high as $500.
Mandalay Bay
The Mandalay Bay high-limit room is only open during busier hours. It deals two blackjack games that stand on soft 17 and allows double down before and after splitting. Each starts at $100. There is double-deck and six-deck. The six-deck game adds surrender and re-split aces.
MGM Grand
MGM Grand deals the same blackjack games as the ones at Mandalay Bay described above. However, the six-deck game starts at $300. The double-deck game is usually $500.
Mirage
The Mirage high-limit salon deals two blackjack games. There is double-deck and six-deck. The double deck game allows doubling down before and after splitting. Pairs may only be split once. The dealer hits soft 17.
The six-deck game allows all pairs to be split up into four hands, including aces. It also has surrender and standard double down rules. This game stands on soft 17. Both games start at $100.
New York-New York
The New York-New York high limit area is only open during peak hours. There are two blackjack games. The double-deck and six-deck tables allow double down before and after splitting. Both hit soft 17. The six-deck tables add surrender and re-split aces. The minimum bet is $100.
Palazzo
There are two high-limit blackjack games at Palazzo. Both tend to start at $200, though you may find $100 tables during slow hours. One game is double deck that hits soft 17 and allows doubling down before and after splitting. The other high-limit blackjack game at Palazzo deals six decks. It stands on soft 17 and adds surrender and re-split aces.
Paris
Paris deals the usual two Caesars high-limit blackjack games. One is the double deck with no double down after splitting. It hits soft 17. The other is a six-deck game with normal double down rules and surrender. It stands on soft 17. The minimum bet is $100. Players report some success negotiating a $50 minimum bet during slow hours.
Park MGM
Park MGM deals high-limit blackjack starting at $100. The options are double-deck and six-deck. Both have the same standard double down rules and stand on soft 17. The six-deck game offers surrender and re-split aces.
Planet Hollywood
There are two high-limit blackjack games at Planet Hollywood. The rules here are a little looser than most other Caesars Entertainment casinos. The double deck allows doubling down before and after splitting. It hits soft 17. The six-deck game stands on soft 17. It has the same double down rules, as well as surrender and re-split aces. Both games start at $100.
Note that there is a double deck outside high-limit that pays 3/2. However, it does not allow double down after splitting.
Resorts World
Resorts World deals two high-limit blackjack games. Both allow double down before and after a split. The double-deck hits soft 17. The six-deck stands on it and adds surrender and re-split aces. The six-deck game starts at $100. The double-deck game is usually $200.
Sahara
Sahara only deals one high-limit blackjack game. It uses six decks and stands on soft 17. This game offers standard double down rules with surrender and re-split aces. It is usually $50.
Strat
Strat has one high-limit blackjack game. I don’t see it open often. It is the same as the Sahara one described above but with a $100 minimum bet.
Treasure Island
Treasure Island offers the best high-limit blackjack value in Las Vegas. However, its salon is only open during busy hours. The games use two or six decks. The minimum bet is $50. Both games stand on soft 17 and have normal double down rules. The six-deck game adds surrender and re-split aces.
Treasure Island is the only Las Vegas casino with a $50 minimum for double-deck blackjack that stands on soft 17.
Venetian
Venetian offers two blackjack games in its salon. For $100 or $200, players can choose between a double-deck or six-deck game. Both have standard double down rules with the six-deck one adding surrender and re-split aces. The double-deck hits soft 17. The six-deck one stands on all 17s.
Wynn
Wynn deals two high-limit blackjack games, though one is also on its floor. The minimum bet is usually $200 or $300. One option is double-deck that hits soft 17. The other is a six-deck that stands on all 17s. The six-deck game adds surrender and re-split aces.
