There are five blackjack games at Circa. Three are on the casino floor. Those are single deck blackjack with a 6/5 payout, 3/2 Free Bet Blackjack, and 3/2 eight-deck.

The high limit salon deals two blackjack games. There is double deck and six-deck. All blackjack allows double down before and after splitting. The dealer hits soft 17 at all tables except the high limit six-deck. The dealer stands on soft 17. Circa has the only blackjack game in downtown Las Vegas that stands on soft 17.

Circa craps odds

Circa has 3-4-5 times craps odds. This is lower than the 10 times odds found at Golden Gate and The D. The field pays double on 12.

World’s Largest Sportsbook

The main attraction at Circa is the world’s largest sportsbook. It is the flagship of Circa Sports. Additionally, players can make deposits and withdrawals here for the Circa Sportsbook app.

Vegas Best Advantage Award for Sportsbook in 2024 is Circa

Circa Sportsbook has three stories of screens and a massive odds wall. There is seating for all levels of guests, from free theater seats to VIP recliners and booths which require a minimum spend that depends on the day and event. Food items can be ordered from Victory Burger and Project BBQ. With this setup, Circa won the Vegas Best Advantage for Sportsbooks in 2023 and again in 2024.

Thanks to a friend, we have been able to enjoy the Circa Sports experience from a booth multiple times. The service and food were excellent every time.

The sportsbook is also home to two levels of video poker machines. These machines offer video poker from $0.25 up to $5 denominations. These games are also found on the casino floor. Arrive early if you want to play these during big sporting events. This space always fills up.

Stadium Swim

Entertainment at Circa is based around the Circa Sportsbook. Stadium Swim is an extension of the sportsbook. There are six pools on three levels and a 40-foot tall video screen above the pool.

Reservations can be made for cabanas, daybeds, and poolside boxes. Rates vary based on sporting events.

Enjoying a bite to eat at Circa

Another way to watch sporting events at Circa is at Victory Burger. Most of the seating overlooks the Circa Sportsbook. However, seat time may be limited during certain sporting events. Its menu consists of burgers, wings, chicken sandwiches, and appetizers. Victory Burger opens at 10am on weekdays and 8am on weekends.

There are two additional restaurants on the second floor. However, these do not have views of the sportsbook. Saginaw’s Delicatessen is a 24-hour dining option. Saginaw’s Deli features giant sandwiches, matzo ball soup, prime rib, salads, chopped liver, shrimp cocktails, and several breakfast items. Open daily at 11am, 8 East offers a variety of Asian dishes and appetizers.

Jack Pots is also on the second level near the Garage Mahal entrance. It is open 24 hours. A selection of coffee, salads, sandwiches, and breakfast snacks is available.

The fine dining restaurant is Barry’s Downtown Prime. It specializes in steak and seafood. It also has an extensive wine and cocktail menu. Barry’s Downtown Prime opens at 5pm daily. The bar opens at 4:30pm.

Project BBQ is a food truck on Fremont Street just outside the casino. It opens at 11am daily. Try different types of Carolina barbecue like brisket, chicken, pork, and brats. A large selection of sides is on the menu.

Mega Bar: the longest bar in Nevada

Mega Bar is the longest bar in Nevada. It is 165 feet from one side to the other. The Vegas Vickie Bar is located in the lobby. Overhang Bar and Circa Bar are other lounge options. Video poker is available at both Mega Bar on the main casino floor and Overhang Bar on the second level. Outside the casino, drinks are available on Fremont Street at Circa Bar.

Legacy Club is on the top floor. The entrance to the Legacy Club is on the main level. Guests take an exclusive elevator up to the club. It has panoramic views of Las Vegas. We have enjoyed these views multiple times — once with a champagne toast courtesy of Circa after setting a world record to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary and another time with family and friends.

More Vegas Advantage memories

We have made multiple memories at Circa since it opened. Of course, the most memorable being the final casino visit for our 21st-anniversary world record. Circa also helped with transportation for the last part of this journey. Our driver was amazing! Additionally, they spoiled us with a champagne toast and a delicious dinner from Saginaw’s Deli.

Before it was Circa, it was Las Vegas Club

Las Vegas Club, owned by Plaza‘s parent company, was acquired by Circa and demolished to build the resort. Las Vegas Club was a dilapidated building. Its operations closed on August 20, 2015. The hotel closed two years earlier. Las Vegas Club had no restaurants when it closed.

In the early 2010s, the back rooms of Las Vegas Club that previously had slots, video poker, a sportsbook, keno lounge, and Frisky’s Bar became vacant. This area also served as a haunted house and a bingo room when Plaza closed for renovations in the late 2000s.

Most of the machines away from the bars were coin droppers. The best game was full-pay Joker Poker. Those machines and about 30 others moved to Plaza in 2015 when Las Vegas Club closed. Plaza gave one of these machines to John in 2019 when it decided to stop offering coin games.

Las Vegas Club’s pit had about 20 table games. Most were blackjack, craps, crapless craps, and roulette. Pai gow poker and Three Card Poker were also available. Minimum bets were usually $5.

We covered Las Vegas Club in a flashback article here. It includes many pictures and two video walkthroughs.
