Tuscany is just east of the Las Vegas Strip at 255 East Flamingo Road. It was the 89th stop on our 21st-anniversary casino record run. Kristina won $80 there by hitting a five-spot on video keno. It was the second-biggest win during the Vegas Advantage casino run.

Tuscany caters to both locals and tourists. It offers a live table game pit, over 650 slot machines, bartop gaming, Circa Sportsbook, four restaurants, 716 all-suite rooms, a spa, and meeting space. Tuscany uses the Davinci Rewards players club.

Table game selection
Tuscany offers several live table games. The $5 games are 3/2 six-deck blackjack, double zero roulette, Face Up Pai Gow Poker, and Ultimate Texas Hold’em. The $10 games are six-deck blackjack dealt out of a shoe and 6/5 Free Bet Blackjack. Tuscany is the only Las Vegas casino that deals $5 pai gow poker.
Electronic table games are also available. Options include 6/5 blackjack, craps, and roulette. Some bartop machines have electronic table game options.

Circa Sportsbook
Tuscany hosts one of the few Circa Sportsbooks outside downtown Las Vegas. It is just inside the main casino entrance, across from Pub 365. Circa Sportsbook mobile accounts may be opened and funded here.

Entertainment

Dining and drinks

Tuscany is home to four restaurants. Its fine dining option is Bistecca, an Italian steakhouse. Vegas Advantage dined there in 2024 and had excellent meals. It is open for dinner nightly and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Bistecca is known for its prime USDA steaks, including the Scotch Filet, Butcher’s Cut, veal osso buco, and domestic Wagyu Tomahawk. Caesar salads are prepared tableside. A full signature cocktail menu is available.
Marilyn’s Cafe is open from 7am to 11pm daily. The menu consists of breakfast classics, appetizers, pizza, burgers, soups, salads, steak, fish, chicken, and prime rib. Most items are available all day. Every day has a different dinner special available after 4pm. The late-night special offers $6.99 pancakes, breakfast platter, burger, and biscuits and gravy after 8pm.
Pub 365 is open noon to 2am daily. Its name may seem related to the number of days in a standard year. It also describes the number of craft beers on tap at Pub 365. The types rotate throughout the year. The food menu includes wings, burgers, salads, entrees, appetizers, and desserts.
An $8.99 steak and eggs special is available after 10pm. Happy hour is offered from 3pm to 6pm and 10pm to midnight daily. It offers $3.65 draft beers, $5 house wines, and $6 well drinks. Midweek specials include a 4 for $20 Tuesday deal.
Caffè Bottega is open 2am to 9pm daily. It offers coffee, smoothies, tea, breakfast sandwiches, pizza, hot dogs, and more.
