Cheapest Las Vegas Table Games

Table game limits have skyrocketed in Las Vegas over the last few years. Inflation and labor shortages have put an end to all $1 table games. The cheapest available starts at $2. That cheap game is roulette.

The minimum bets shown below are available during slow hours and most busy ones. Small locals casinos tend to not raise limits no matter how busy it gets. Larger casinos will take $5 games up to $10 or $15 during peak hours.

Cheapest Las Vegas roulette

Players can find $2 roulette at three casinos in the Las Vegas market. This game is available at Pass Casino in Henderson, Railroad Pass near Boulder City, and Jerry’s Nugget in North Las Vegas. There are all double zero games.

Those casinos are deep in the locals market. Players closest to the Las Vegas Strip who are looking for cheap roulette can head to Gold Coast. The minimum bet there is usually $3. That is double zero roulette

There are many $5 Las Vegas roulette games. Here are casinos we think often have $5 roulette in Las Vegas.

  • Arizona Charlie’s Decatur
  • Cannery ($6)
  • Downtown Grand
  • El Cortez
  • Golden Nugget (triple zero)
  • Orleans
  • Oyo
  • Santa Fe Station
  • South Point
  • Suncoast

$2 Big Wheel

The only other $2 table game left in Las Vegas is Big Wheel. Golden Nugget deals it. It is by the entrance on the sportsbook side of the casino. Golden Nugget once had two of these tables. The one by the Casino Center entrance disappeared a year or two ago.

$3 Heads Up Hold’em

Jerry’s Nugget has $3 Heads Up Hold’em. This game is like Ultimate Texas Hold’em. The major difference is that the player may only raise three times the ante preflop.

There are many Las Vegas casinos with cheap Heads Up Hold’em and Ultimate Texas Hold’em. That is covered deeper in this article. It is important to know that you need five times the ante for the maximum bet at Heads Up Hold’em and six times at Ultimate Texas Hold’em.

Cheapest craps in Las Vegas

Craps at Pass Casino in Henderson, Nevada

The days of $5 Las Vegas craps are almost over. You must go deep into the locals market to regularly find it. There are no more Las Vegas craps games under $5. Here are the few $5 ones left.

  • Cannery
  • Ellis Island
  • Jerry’s Nugget
  • Oyo
  • Pass Casino
  • Railroad Pass

Downtown Grand may still have a $5 craps game. However, one of the live tables was replaced with a $3 hybrid one. Since then, we have either seen the live table at $10 or closed.

Cheapest blackjack in Las Vegas

There are two $1 blackjack games in Las Vegas. Both pay even money on a blackjack. Oyo has it just east of the Las Vegas Strip. Downtown Grand also deals it. The Downtown Grand table pays 6/5 on $5 bets.

The only other Las Vegas blackjack games under $5 are at Poker Palace. There is a $2 double deck that pays even money and a $3 3/2 game that allows double down on two or three cards before and after splitting. This is our listing of $5 Las Vegas blackjack games.

There are many other cheap $5 poker pit games in Las Vegas. Some are even on the Strip. These are listed below. Read more in each game’s section in our Las Vegas Table Game Survey.

The $5 table games shown below are available most hours of the day. Weekend nights and other busy times may see increases in the minimum bet. You may find a few $5 poker pit games on the Las Vegas Strip at Flamingo or Harrah’s during the slowest hours of the week.

Electronic table games taking over lower limits

Most Las Vegas Strip casinos, as well as many in the downtown and locals markets, expanded electronic table games since 2020. This includes stadium gaming. The limits for these start as low as $0.25 for roulette and $1 for other games, depending on the location. Check out our last Las Vegas Electronic Table Game Survey.

Some players do not like electronic table games. If you want to play cheap table games in Las Vegas, it is becoming the only option, especially in tourist areas. These are a great way for new players to learn the games before hitting live tables.
