To start November, we visited eight casinos on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip for this report. The casinos on this trip report are Venetian, Palazzo, Wynn, Encore, Resorts World, Circus Circus, Sahara, and The Strat. We surveyed the properties in that order.
This article also includes the three Summerlin casinos: Rampart, Red Rock, and Suncoast.

Venetian and Palazzo
There were a few changes at Venetian and Palazzo. We saw a $25 3/2 blackjack game on the floor there for the first time in almost 10 years. Limits were lower almost across the board. Most pit games had $15 minimum bets at both casinos.
The unusual stadium machine with Casino War, Three Card Poker, and Ultimate Texas Hold’em is already gone from Venetian. A stadium machine replaced it with $5 games like roulette, baccarat, and blackjack. There is also a roulette variant, RouletteX.
Palazzo had some additional $5 heads-up options including 00 roulette with the Mystery Golden Ball side bet. There was also a new multiplayer 00 roulette machine. It has a $3 minimum. The 3:2 blackjack remains with a $5 minimum.
We did not see any signs of the Sic Bo machine that has previously spent time on both casino floors.
Wynn and Encore
Wynn had the highest limits we’ve ever seen there. It is now the most expensive Las Vegas casino for table games. The only table under $25 was $5 Big Wheel. The poker pit games, 000 roulette, and craps were $25, though some were $50. Double zero roulette and pai gow were $50. It was $100 to get 3/2 blackjack in the middle of a weekday.
Encore was a comparative bargain. Poker pit games were $15. Most others were $25, including 3/2 blackjack and craps.
All electronic table games now have a $3 minimum, except for blackjack which has a $5 minimum bet requirement. The Lucky Shooter side bet has been removed from the heads-up craps games at Wynn but remains at Encore.
Resorts World
Table limits keep dropping at Resorts World. Every game on the floor was $15, except baccarat and pai gow, which were $25. All high-limit tables were $100. That includes European Roulette and 3/2 blackjack that stands on soft 17. All Resorts World blackjack tables in the pits pay 6/5.
Resorts World still has a large selection of ETGs. However, the big six machine is gone. There are now four different multiplayer versions of 00 roulette. Each with a $1 minimum. Two also have side bets available.
Two heads-up $1 00 roulette machines can be found amongst the banks of $5 6:5 blackjack games, one in each bank. Heads-up craps has a $3 minimum while the Shoot to Win craps has a $1 minimum.
Circus Circus
Circus Circus had few differences between this visit and the last one. Some video poker machines are missing. However, the same games are available as before. Three Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold’em dropped to $5. There are two $5 Roll to Win Craps machines. Double zero roulette was down to $10. All blackjack was $10. The options are Double Exposure and 6/5.
There were a few electronic table game changes a Circus Circus. The Lucky Shooter side bet on the heads-up crap games was missing. Additionally, the minimum for craps and Golden Ball 00 roulette is now $3. Heads-up 00 roulette is still available for $1 in the West Casino. Blackjack games now have the expanded Interblock side bet menu which includes: KK, QQ, JJ, 7s, A-2, Match, Pair, Poker 3, and 19+
Sahara
We saw the $25 3/2 blackjack game open on the floor at Sahara for the first time in at least a year. It now offers surrender and re-split aces. It hits soft 17. The $50 salon version stands on soft 17. The 6/5 blackjack and variants were $15, as were 00 roulette and Dealer Open Pai Gow Poker. The $10 games were 000 roulette, craps, crapless craps, Three Card Poker, and Ultimate Texas Hold’em.
All ETGs at Sahara now have $3 minimums. The Lucky Shooter side bet is no longer available.
The Strat
Our last stop on this day was The Strat. Crapless craps was $10. Regular craps was closed, as was the hybrid version. There was a $10 3/2 blackjack table open in the pit by the salon. The other 3/2 tables were $15, except for $25 double-deck. Baccarat was $25. The poker pit games were a mix of $5 and $10.
It seems like The Strat moved away from 000 roulette. It still has one table of it. However, we don’t ever see it open during our visits. The double zero tables start at $10.
The Strat still has a large selection of electronic table games, including a stadium. Most games have a $1 to $3 minimum bet requirement. A few games like video baccarat, hybrid craps, and live dealer blackjack and roulette have $5 minimums.
The stadium is interconnected with the nearby big six machine and ministar 00 roulette. This allows stadium players to bet on these games in addition to the other stadium options. Craps players who bet the field should play the heads-up versions. These pay triple for a field 12 while the other games only pay double.
Summerlin casino visits
We visited three Summerlin casinos. There was nothing new at Rampart. All the games except baccarat start at $10, including 3/2 double-deck and six-deck blackjack. Baccarat has a $25 minimum.
Suncoast removed its baccarat table. Otherwise, everything was the same. Roulette starts at $5. Pai gow is $15. All other games are $10, including 10x craps and 3/2 double-deck blackjack.
There is a new high-limit slot room at Suncoast. It is where the buffet once was. The machines are new, but the games are the same. The best video poker is 8/5 Bonus Poker.
Only two electronic table game options are available at Suncoast. Both craps and Golden Ball 00 roulette have a $3 minimum. The Lucky Shooter is no longer available on the heads-up craps game.
Red Rock was also largely the same. The poker pit games were mostly $5. Roll to Win Craps with 10 times odds is also $5. Double zero roulette, crapless craps, craps, and blackjack games start at $15. Baccarat and pai gow poker were $25. There is a high-limit room with European Roulette, six-deck blackjack that stands on soft 17, and double-deck that allows re-splitting aces for $100.
There are now only two types of electronic table games at Red Rock. The stadium which we previously filmed at is now gone. Options include Ministar 00 roulette with a $0.50 minimum and $1 heads-up craps. Craps players who bet the field should play the bank of machines not next to the roulette machine. These pay triple for a field 12 while the bank near the Ministar roulette game only pay double on a field 12.
