Downtown Grand is a block north of the Fremont Street Experience on Ogden Avenue. It is on the property once known as Lady Luck. There are two hotel towers, two restaurants, over 300 slots, a dozen table games, video table games, a Caesars Sportsbook, and a showroom. There is a video poker bar in the center of the casino. For our 21st-anniversary, it was visit number ten out of 93.

Downtown Grand casino
The casino floor at Downtown Grand is smaller than most casinos in the area. There is a table game pit just inside the main Ogden entrance. It has almost 20 tables. Live tables returned, including a second craps table. There are also over 300 machines on the floor. These offer a variety of slots, video poker, and electronic table games.
Furnace Bar is home to Game King video poker and keno. Options include traditional single-line video poker, Ultimate X, Triple Play, Five Play, and Ten Play. Grand Rewards is the players club at Downtown Grand. It is not used at any other casinos.
Table game selection includes $1 blackjack
There are six different types of table games dealt at Downtown Grand. The two blackjack games use continuous shuffling machines. There are $1 blackjack tables that pay even money and $5 ones that pay 3/2. Double down before and after splitting and re-split aces are available. The dealer hits soft 17. Craps offers 3-4-5 times odds. This was lowered from 10 times odds in 2023. There is also double zero roulette and two poker pit games.
Table games are open 11am to 3am during the week. The tables are open continuously from 11am on Friday until 3am Monday morning.

Caesars Sportsbook
The new Caesars Sportsbook at Downtown Grand is now open. It is located near Furnace Bar. It offers a lounge and viewing area. Deposits and withdrawals for the Caesars Sportsbook app are also available here. The sportsbook is open daily from 8am until 9pm.
Entertainment at Downtown Grand
Check out the new jazz and blues club, Fat Cat Las Vegas, within the Las Vegas showroom inside Downtown Grand. There are live bands, cocktails, and a good time. It is currently open Thursday through Monday from 5 p.m.-1 a.m. This was the former location of the Delirious Comedy Club, which closed in 2023. There are live bands occasionally in the casino or at the rooftop pool.
Dining and drinks at Downtown Grand
Inside the casino, Freedom Beat opens at 8am daily. It closes at midnight during the week and 3am on weekends. Freedom Beat offers deals to loyal casino players who earn 25 slot points in a day. This includes $14.99 prime rib and 50% off select menu items. Drinks are available near the hotel lobby at Art Bar and on the casino floor at Furnace Bar.
Several nearby restaurants are partners with Downtown Grand. These include Triple George Grill, Pizza Rock, and Hot N Juicy Crawfish.

There are over 1100 nonsmoking hotel rooms at Downtown Grand. There are a variety of hotel room trims within three hotel towers: Casino, Grand, and Gallery. The base room is the Gallery Deluxe. It offers 300 square feet of space. The Gallery Studio goes up to 360 square feet. There are seven levels of suites. These start at 500 square feet for the one-bedroom style, up to the 1460 Gallery Plush Penthouse Suite. Pet-friendly rooms are available in select trims for an additional $75 per night.
There is a $39 resort fee per room per night. It includes access to the fitness center, complimentary parking, and Wi-Fi internet. Room amenities include two bottles of water, a large-screen TV, and a laptop-size in-room safe. Seasonally, the rooftop pool is open from 9am until 6pm. Drinks are served daily and food items are offered on weekends.
