We visit every Las Vegas casino with table games at least once per year. We record every installation. While some games have hundreds of available tables in the Las Vegas market, there are a few that only have one or two installations. These are either new games that are being tested, or old ones holding on before going extinct.
Here is a look at these games. The first section covers single installations. The second includes table games available in two different casinos.
We are able to create content like this because we regularly visit every Las Vegas casino with table games. The Vegas Advantage Newsletter covers every table game dealt. The information includes minimum bets, craps odds, the number of zeros on roulette wheels, and blackjack odds. You can

Las Vegas table games with one install
3:2 single deck blackjack
El Cortez is home to the last 3:2 single deck blackjack game in Las Vegas. The minimum bet is $10. Players may double down before but not after splitting. All other single deck blackjack tables in Las Vegas pay 6:5.
Double Exposure Blackjack
Circus Circus is home to the only Double Exposure Blackjack tables in Las Vegas. In this blackjack variant, the dealer’s hole cards are both face up. Players make decisions based on this. The dealer wins all ties, except on blackjack, where the player wins. All blackjacks pay even money and win automatically. Double down is not permitted after splitting. Circus Circus only opens these tables during peak hours.
Super Fun 21
Super Fun 21 peaked at 14 Las Vegas installations in 2018 and 2019. Today, it only has one. It is at Sam’s Town. The minimum bet for this blackjack variant is $10 or $15. It is only open during peak hours.
In Super Fun 21, blackjack pays even money, except for suited diamonds, which pays 2/1. That is because there are several player friendly rules like the ability to double down on any number of cards, hit and re-split spilt aces, surrender on any number of cards, player blackjacks always win, and a five-card 21 pays 2/1.
Super Baccarat
Super Baccarat is a variant that is owned by Venetian’s parent company. It is only available there. It was once dealt at Palazzo also, but that installation disappeared in 2021. Super Baccarat is the same as the original version of the game, except that there are numerous side bets available.
Texas Hold’em Bonus
In 2017, there were 17 tables of Texas Hold’em Bonus in Las Vegas. Today, Fremont is the last casino with it. Ultimate Texas Hold’em and Heads Up Hold’em became far more popular games in recent years.
The minimum bet at Fremont’s Texas Hold’em Bonus is $10, which can get expensive with all the raises involved. This table is only open during peak hours.
Three Card Blitz
Three Card Blitz is a game based on points. Aces are worth 11 points, faces are 10. All others are face value. Players and the dealer are dealt seven cards. The goal is to make a three-card suited hand out of those seven. The best point value is 31. You can find Three Card Blitz at Sahara for $10 during peak hours.
Table games with two Las Vegas installations
There are seven Las Vegas table games that are only available at two casinos in the market.
Big Wheel
Big wheel, sometimes called Big 6, is down to installations in only two Las Vegas casinos. You can still find the live version of the game at Golden Nugget and Wynn. These are also the only two casinos with the heads up variation of the video version. There are a total of 31 Las Vegas casinos with some form of video big wheel.
In December 2015, there were 17 casinos with the live game, covering 23 tables. Just before the pandemic closure in 2020, there were 14 big wheel tables across 10 casinos. In our March 2022 survey, we found the game at Paris and The Strat. Both removed it in the last six months.
Dealer Open Pai Gow Poker
Dealer Open Pai Gow Poker is a variant of Face Up. The dealer starts the action. If the house has two, three or four jacks, the dealer wins all main bets. Otherwise, it plays out as a normal pai gow poker hand. There is no commission. It is dealt at Binion’s and Sahara. The minimum bet starts at $10 at Binion’s and $15 at Sahara.
DJ Wild
DJ Wild is a poker pit game that uses a joker. It and the four deuces in the deck are wild. Players compete against the dealer for the best hand. DJ Wild is dealt at Flamingo and Harrah’s. Both offer it starting at $5.
Double Up Blackjack
Double Up Blackjack is one of the best blackjack games in Las Vegas. Players may double their bet and stand. The dealer stands on 16, which pushes all hands, except 21. The strategy is difficult. You should learn it before playing to receive the best payout.
Free Bonus Blackjack
Free Bonus Blackjack is available at Palms and Sahara. It is like Free Bet Blackjack. The minimum bet is $10 at Sahara and $15 at Palms.
Spanish 21
Spanish 21 peaked at six installations in Las Vegas in 2011. It is down to two; Venetian and Palazzo. In Spanish 21, tens are removed from the deck. The other 10-value cards remain. There are several bonus hands. Blackjack pays 3:2.
Wild 5
Wild 5 seems to be exclusive to Boyd Gaming properties. It is down to two installations. The game is still dealt at Aliante and Cannery. It left Sam’s Town and Suncoast since our March 2022 survey.
Wild 5 uses a 53-card deck that includes a joker. Players go up against the house hoping to make a better hand. Five cards are dealt. The player folds or raises. Players may discard one and use the two community cards or stand pat.
Table games notably absent from Las Vegas
Some games that are popular in other markets failed to make it in Las Vegas. Four Card Poker is big on the East Coast. However, we have not found it in Las Vegas in about eight years. It was last at Mandalay Bay.
Criss Cross Poker has made three appearances in Las Vegas. None lasted a year. It has been dealt at Planet Hollywood, Linq, and most recently, at the Strat.
Caribbean Stud Poker is a game that is still found at some East Coast casinos. It was last available at Venetian and Palazzo. The game was removed after the March 2020 pandemic closure. A supervisor with Sands told me that the main players for the game were from Asia.
There were no flights available for these tourists, so it was assumed that demand for the game would be nonexistent. The decision would be reevaluated later. Caribbean Stud Poker never returned.
Sic bo is another table game that is played on the East Coast but is not found in Las Vegas. We last saw it at Venetian in 2017. Circus Circus offered it in 2016. Palazzo has a video version of sic bo. However, it is not the real game. It involves a slot feature with multipliers.
